Anyone use melatonin or some type of sleeping pill on their children?! Everett.will.not.go.to.sleep. For the last week he is up fooling around in his room for an hour+, usually goes to bed at 830-9. Now its 10, or later tonight because he just wont settle down. Even at nap time it takes him like an hour to go to sleep. He still needs a nap because he gets so rude and cranky, and now hes ridiculous all day because hes up too late at night. Hellllllppppp!
