Anyone who looks on Craigslist for apartments; do not rent from Larry Buck! baltimore.craigslist.org/apa/4703711526.html this is the apartment me and my husband have been staying in for 6 months. As you can see the pictures look nice and it looks like a well put together apartment. But we took a look at it before getting it. We are now moving out because our lease was over oct 31st. We come to realize in the garage where the laundry room is that our kitchen and bathroom were built well after the fact the bedroom part was built. There are mattresses and all kinds of things toppled on top our bathroom and on top of the kitchen. We also realized a few days ago mold, we opened a drawer under the sink we never managed to open before that is filled with mold. He also has a propane tank next to the fire pit that he burns all the cardboard trash. There are so many things wrong with this place and I have pictures to prove to you that this isnt a suitable place for anyone. We tried calling a building inspector but never heard anything from them. There is also a huge spider infestation with this place we plugged the hole up where they were getting in but we have had cockroaches huge pregnant spiders and a bunch of little spiders and we even had a worm in here the other day. The sliding glass doors leak in when it rains. And everything is just falling apart it should be condemned anyone and everyone share this post it around the world. He also tries to snake money from you saying its going towards a certain bill and he keeps it to himself. He also gets high and drunk every single night and gets into peoples faces and he also sits out in his car till 12am revving up his cars and blowing on the horn non stop. He is not helpful, the glass on the front window broke, he has yet to replace it, the kitchen window is cracked because it wont stay up when you open it and it slammed down one day and broke no ac and the ac unit doesnt work the way it should. When we moved in we paid $1800 all together. $800 for first and last months rent and $200 pet deposit. It included everything cable, wifi, utilities, etc. we then realized we had no wifi asked him about it and he said oh yeah I know. Then one day the cable company Armstrong came and cut off our cable, come to find out he was running the cable illegally from him house to our apartment then he said we have to get our own cable but he will take $50 out of rent for our cable. I had spoken to him a couple of weeks ago asking since we already had paid October since it was supposed to be our last month but we were gonna stay longer that if we just get $50 back since the cable isnt included in October or should we pay him $700 for Novembers months rent and he said ok. He since then said we never paid Octobers rent that the $800 was a security deposit. All hes trying to do is snake us for more money. We have a neighbor above us we share the laundry room, they pay the electric bill and he had yet to inform our neighbor that the washer and dryer were on their cable bill so we had to put out money for the washer and dryer each month as well. We thought this was a good deal and we were really happy here we dont want to move out of rising sun but dont have much of a choice. All I am trying to do is show everyone who Larry buck really is and that no one should rent from him.
