Anyone wishing to cancel their licence and are currently paying via a payment scheme. I.e payment card, monthly dd or weekly cash payments you MUST cancel the scheme and licence directly with Tv Licencing. Simply not paying will result in debt being accrued and debt collection agencys etc... Anyone who already has tvls debt collection agency on their tail can usually solve the issue by cancelling their licence. Payment plans are paid in advance anything up to 1 year so the debt is usually for an advanced payment.
