Anything that seems absurd when first read should be taken esoterically in my opinion, I dont think Mike Hockney would write books that were fiction to make it a story. I also think that whatever is absurd probably has the most value, its a secret, secrets arent supposed to be revealed to the wrong people so basically, anything thats not a secret and isnt hinted at esoterically doesnt have much value in Illuminism, the things that you need to know are hinted at esoterically. Just take the origins of the universe for example, I keep on seeing them talk about light, its always hinted at esoterically, so obviously its something they only want a select few people to see. Anything not so valuable to them is written in a normal non esoteric way. If you feel as if something is absurd, maybe you should check whether its esoteric and then if you suspect it is, try to figure out what they are hinting at, then you will go far.
