Anything you want in life is almost always about HOW you approach a person. Your tone of voice speaks louder than what you are actually saying. That tone can cost too, so always use respect, even when disagreeing...most likely the conflict will not escalate. But then again, there are those who live to argue...so if you encounter that person, turn around. When you see crazy coming, always cross the street, LOL.
