Anyway, back to reality!!! Tomorrow I get to drill out a reamer I buried in 1" of Aluminum Plate. Had a good week goin, then on the SECOND part of 2 I was runnin, 1 of the 2 dowel shook itself out of the part, it turned and was Fd in the process on the last depth cut!!!!! When I heard the aweful sound from that machine, I went to see WTF happened and the reamer came crashin into the part on the other machine. Then I run the Xtra part on the one the dowel moved, and the next part I smash a 1/2 inch carbide endmill into the vice. The zero on the one machine was the top of the part. But on the other it was the bottom. Yes Murphy followed me around that shop!!!! Not lookin forward to Thursday!!!!! Oh, and while my machines had these issues, Jasons Melted an Indexable 1" EM. It was quite impressive I must say. Chips were pilin up, he was gone, I went over a couple times and cleared them, then I heard a low hum..... Not Fn Good. By the time I got to the machine about 10 seconds later there was just a Molten end where the tool used to be and 2 fire red pieces of the cutter layin back a tad. Banner day for the CNC dept, , and we got our new Haas 5 axis Machine in today too!!!!
