SACOSS electricity, gas and water disconnections research project The South Australian Council of Social Service (SACOSS) is undertaking a project to identify • what happens to people who have been disconnected/restricted from electricity, gas or water supplies (or are at risk of disconnection/restriction) • the kinds of support people require, and • the possible ways to improve this support. Participation in the project is voluntary and confidential and involves a telephone survey. Participants with receive $80 as a ‘thank you’ for taking part. The telephone survey will be coordinated by an independent research company called Urbis.
