Apologies in advance for the regional rather than A2-specific nature of this question but I dont know a better place to ask it. Our dinner guest grew up in LA, where its Bobs Big Boy and not Elias Brothers Big Boy. Its different everywhere (in Ohio he has RED HAIR! or used to). Anyway he just told us about an item on the kids menu that was a layer of chili topped by a layer of spaghetti sauce with a slice of American cheese. I have never heard of this and I think it would have grossed me out even on my childhood diet of processed food. Did they have this in Michigan? Anyone?
