Apparently Branos creative side has been coming out more and more lately. Yep.... he did it again! Two days in a row he has tried a new sauce we have never seen before and it is DELICIOUS!! Today our special is a Tilapia Fruitta. It is a filet of tilapia with a pineapple-cilantro salsa served with garlic mashed potatoes and vegetables. You will never look at a filet of tilapia the same again! Life doesnt get better by chance, it gets better by change.
