Apparently Professor Hillmans dont backdate the minutes mantra was in full effect in the early 80s. During a break in our settlement conference this morning, the judge was telling me that in one of her first cases, a client asked her if he could backdate corporate meeting minutes. But she remembered a law school professor that constantly reminded the class not to do so. Sure enough, it was Hillman, in his first year teaching at King Hall.
