Apparently all my workouts are prison workouts, LMFAO according to a comment I had on my youtube page! Ignorance is bliss, not that I care wtf people think about me, but I do have 2 degrees in fitness for the record and I currently hold 2 Personal Training Certification AFAA and the NSCA CSCS and thats pretty tough and for the past few years of my life I have worked at some well known gyms and companies all except for prison, but for the record alot prison workouts are better than this bullshit people call personal training, but i havent got my certification in that yet. grant it some of my workouts can be done in prison Im sure!!!
