Apparently the NC driving laws have changed, If someone turns - TopicsExpress

Apparently the NC driving laws have changed, If someone turns across the road directly infront of you and you swerve to get around them but still hit them, you are at fault. I have always since I have been driving knew that when someone cuts in front of you it is common sense that they are at fault , but I found out this past week they are not you are. Also if it comes down to a jury trial be sure you know the jurors dont know the one that was driving the auto that turned infront of you, they will lead the jurors to side with the driver that was turning in front of you. Just saying drivers beware now when driving down the road if you have an accident even though you know it wasnt your fault at all, lies and the court system will most likely go against you and be for the one that was truly at fault. Enough said. Just had to get this off my mind Jury foreman swore he didnt know the guy that turned in front of our car but the day after the trial they were seen together. Lies and dishonest people , HOPE KARMA GETS THEM REALLY GOOD AND IT WILL.
