Apparently , the so called owner allowed the old to lead the blind for walks. He will be collecting the dog from the vet. One rude and stubborn owner who thinks he is still doing right. Will not hesitate NOT to return the dogs if someone finds them the next time. From his neighbour: Hi all dog lovers, apparently these two dogs are lost, not abandoned. here is the message from the owner; post this for me: the brown dog is jojo, black is rifle, jojo is blind & deaf but he is very closed to rifle so i let rifle take charge of jojo when i busy cleaning their sleeping place jojo has alot of phelgm, thats why he needs exercise to push it out, if not he will vomit every food he ates doctor knows about this infection and he is currently taking antibiotics dont let jojo overnight in vet because he doesnt sleep easy on other place, he will be restless, and he already has low immunity, vets place has lotsa germs call me back at 7am, i will get my dog asap
