Apple iOS8.0.2 upgrade: Random-crashes, sync-issues, non-responsive touchscreen, battery-issues and PERMANENTLY DISABLED WIFI. Tried everything mentioned in the millions of forums (including seting up as new phone) No luck.. No WIFI for a few days until iOS8.1 released: Upgrade didnt sort out WIFI issue. Apple support was of no use. Finally found a ridiculously funny fix in youtube and IT ACTUALLY WORKED. FIX: Wrap the phone in a tissue paper and put it in the freezer for 15 minutes. :D ( I guess, a signal/interrupt is sent to the WIFI chip when the temperature goes below the normal operational range which did the trick? ) Message to Apple: Aow come on! Test these things once in a while before you release the s/w. Im pretty darn sure you know what the problem is, why not atleast mention these hacks in your forums on how to get the darn thing working, while you still work on the defect-fix.
