Applications are now open for the 2015 National Leadership College to be held at St Pauls College, University of Sydney, NSW from Tuesday, 3 February to Sunday, 8 February 2015. The College aims to expose participants to the skills required to be an effective leader through an interactive and dynamic environment. The 6 day course consists of inspiring keynote speakers, interactive facilitator led workshops, challenging activities and an opportunity to network with other passionate and aspiring leaders from across the country. Who can apply: • Must be a minimum of 18 years of age and a maximum of 30 years of age on 1 February 2014 • Must be a current member of an SLSA affiliated surf life saving club • Must be able to commit to the six month program requirements • Must be able to demonstrate previous leadership training/experience, preferably from within the SLS movement • Must be able to demonstrate the potential as a future leader within surf lifesaving, with a desire to influence the movements future direction • Must be able to demonstrate a willingness to be a member of SLS Leadership Alumni • Must hold one or more of the following SLSA awards – Bronze Medallion, Advanced Resuscitation Certificate, Radio Operators Certificate, First Aid Certificate or Surf Rescue Certificate IF YOU ARE INTERESTED, PLEASE CALL DAVID SIMPSON ON 0422 639 136
