Apply for a position on the Host Team for the 2013 Sydney University Model United Nations Conference (SydMUN) SydMUN 2013 will convene from 29 November to 1 December 2013 at the University of Sydney. Originally attracting delegates from the Sydney metropolitan region, SydMUN has since expanded to embrace tertiary-level participants from across Australia and abroad. Currently, SydMUN is the largest Model United Nations (MUN) Conference in the Australian MUN circuit. A Conference of this magnitude requires a dedicated and enthusiastic Host Team. The Secretariat consists of the following portfolios: • Committees • Delegate Relations • Marketing • Logistics • Socials • Finance • IT Being a member of the Host Team is a great chance for those eager to hone their organisational, planning, research and development, writing and teamwork skills – all of which are valuable to carry through to further Secretarial roles, executive positions in other societies and in employment.
