Appointment was made for installation at my house today between 9-11am. I called 1630 at 9am to verify is the appointment still on as i didnt receive any call to confirm the appointment, & I have scheduled half-day leave for the technician. The lady said she can only get back to me at 9.30am when they have the information access. Fair enough & I waited. I did receive a few missed calls & try calling back but was told that the lady was engaged/out for lunch..the colleague advised me to wait for call again. Oh well..sure.. There was still no news till 1pm and I called again..the staff told me that he will get Plaza Singapura Starhub (where i recontracted at) personnel to call me instead, another hour wait.. Called 1633 this time, & a helpful lady actually told me there is no appointment keyed in the system in the first place *claps* She also said she will get Plaza Sing outlet to handle. I told her please do so & let me know asap could there be arrangement of technician by today or something, so I could plan my wotk schedule accordingly. No news till 6pm..called 1633 again and the lady actually said they are still waiting for Plaza Sing side. Asked for a direct number to call Plaza Sing & all they say is they only have internal email. Thus, the best thing she could do was get them to call me & wanted me to wait patiently. Wow, I think I have been pretty patient to wait for the whole day for some solution. Till now, no news from Plaza Sing outlet..
