Must have experience of working within a play-based setting and have good communication skills as well as ability to work as a team member and demonstrating leadership skills. Experience of working with 4-11 year olds and willing to undertake a level 3 qualification. DESCRIPTION Help motivate and support the team. Giving guidance on best practices, ensuring learning journals and observations are completed by the appropriate people and to the appropriate standard. Liaising with head office/club manager regarding the toys and equipment available.
