Apprentice wanted for Customer Service/ Marketing role within a small Digital Print/ Design Shop, Located at HD5 9AB. This is a 12 months apprenticeship and the successful candidate will undertake Technical Certificate L2 Certificate in the Principles of Customer Service - This is assessed by on-going assignments at the workplace through the duration of the apprenticeship. Functional Skills. Mathematics - Level 1 and English Level 2. Employment Rights and Responsibilities via a work booklet. Personal Qualities Must be confident, outgoing and able to work as part of a small team of mainly 2 males and a part time female, also able to work independently as the role does entail some marketing visits after the initial training. Must be articulate and smart with an outgoing personality. Computer skills with a knowledge of industry standard business applications and basic design programs would be an advantage but not essential as ongoing training will be provided. Good basic interpersonal skills and a confident telephone manner are essential. The role would initially be a minimum of 35 hours a week with a pay of £2.65 per hour.
