April 23, 2014 Stacey Coder Hillsboro, Ohio driving a 2003 Jeep was attempting to back from a private driveway in the 300 block of South West Street and struck a parked a 2008 Chevrolet owned by Julie Hull Hillsboro, Ohio. April 24, 2014 the department received a call of a male being assaulted at the Old Depot Northwest Street Hillsboro by two males. Charles Lunsford age 68 of Hillsboro was transported to Highland District hospital with facial injuries and later treated and released. This incident is still being investigated by the department April 25, 2014 Eric Bear Hillsboro, Ohio driving a 2000 Chevrolet was traveling north on South High Street and looked down and away from the roadway and struck a 2009 Toyota that was stopped at a green light and was driven by Evelyn Dement Hillsboro, Ohio. Bear was cited for assure clear distance ahead. Arrests Tabitha Throckmorton age 18 Hillsboro, Ohio was arrested for unlawful purchase of Pseudoephedrine product. Kyle Quickle age 26 Hillsboro, Ohio was arrested for failure to appear warrant, possession of drug paraphernalia and possessing drug abuse instrument. Shane Rose age 23 Hillsboro, Ohio was arrested for failure to appear warrant
