April Walker asked, I am looking for an elementary-math program that is colorful, teaches concepts (not just drill & memorization), that has examples and instructions on the student pages, and moves at a fairly quick pace with review of concepts learned every so often throughout the year as opposed to daily review. It would help if it was colorful and semi-advanced. Does this exist? LOL! Thank you! Note: I have been using Horizons1 for my 1st grader and she likes the color, but it is way too simple for her, so she is becoming bored. We just started book 1 at the beginning of January and she is already done with it. She also says she hates doing the same activities day after day (too much review).
