April fitness fat loss challenge: what will you commit to accomplish by end 4/30? Who wants to put themselves out there and commit to something? My personal goal is to get under 190 (5lbs) . My primary action plan is to log my food in my fitness pal for the next 30 days. There are other things like weight training, cardio and supplements..but lets start simple.
