April is National Poetry Month.. Amazing how its also the month I was born in.. Go figure.. Poetry defines me... POETRY IS.. Poetry is.. That ear that wouldnt listen.. That tear that went missing.. The kiss that softly kissed my cheek to sleep.. And The ocean that gave me unspeakable peace.. That memory jerker.. Reminiscent. .. . The imagine mes.. The beauty within mes.. That love I never felt.. That peace that life never dealt.. The parent that never taught me And one that never loved me.. The child that fought me And the one who turned out just like me.. Its the child that wipes my tears .. Its the hug I needed most when noone was there.. And the one who gave up its seat when I needed a chair.. The sky with all its beauty And the smile on my face Represents poetry and all its beauty. . I caress the feeling it gives me.. My life depends on her.. I need her.. My only wish is that I wouldve met her sooner..
