We have Tata Docomo - A Reputed ISP who have a Well Trained Call Center Professionals, telling you - If u Wanna shit, Wait for 24hrs. I wanted an Internet connection for my office and i called their Customer care to get my query placed on Urgent basis to buy a broadband connection. D executive says take a Case number & Wait for 24hrs. Next day sick of waiting i called back again to check if they would actually do business & requested some information. Another sick fellow turns out saying wait for 24hrs to hear from our sales team. I posted a complain on their website and there is another magic lady calling up to say sorry for all of this & asks me to hold for another 24hrs for their Professional & Punctual sales team to revert. Today - Time is money. Never seen such a reputed sick company in life. Where their competitors plunge in to serve customers whether it is sales or service. Docomo survives making their business wait for Snails & Turtles. Good Luck
