Are u tired of the pace of living in city? Or thinking there’s something to do besides shopping, eating, and movie watching while u r going out of city, however, still having no idea where to go yet? Now we r about to introduce u guys an amazing small island called Penghu which is located between Taiwan main island and China. Penghu can be reached by air from Taipei, Tainan, Taichung, Pingtung, Kaohsiung and Chiayi (see Domestic Airlines for details) or by ferry from Kaohsiung or Chiayi. Unlike mountainous Taiwan, the Penghu islands are generally low lying, with wide grassland plains. The islands have an excellent climate, with warm balmy weather perfect for the many beautiful beaches. And we will get our journey started by arriving in the main city called Makung. Makung is an excellent base for exploring the entire archipelago and has excellent network of intra-island transport. We r going to bring u guys to go through the archipelago because every single of island has different geographic, cultural and natural attractions, as well as plenty of idyllic beaches! For example, easily accessible from Makung is Beautiful Lintou---a stunning tropical beach with wide white sands.
