( I withheld the name) My run was spoiled tonight, first of all after only 1k into my run someone opened there car door I swerved to miss it fell on my hip, wouldnt mind but he started shouting like it was my fault rather than say sorry, then 6k later on Rabat road some idiot throw a rotten orange at me and just missed my head, shortly after that it started raining really heavy. Anyway I got through the 16k session, 3k easy, 10k steady, 3k easy in 64.20 average pace 4.01, average HR (I withheld the name again) His leg get hart how did he hurt With electric Let me search in google that electric pic with a kettle?
