Are you a mom who is tired of feeling bad about your body? Im creating this group just for you! Im only taking 5 women who meet the right criteria. Youll be asked a few specific questions to be sure that this is the right group for you. This is going to be a challenge to see what sort of amazing results we can create together by fueling our bodies with the right foods, and working out approximately 30 minutes a day. (A solution for busy moms!) The basic idea is that we will workout to a proven fitness program, replace 1 meal a day with a dense dose of nutrition through a super food based shake and for the rest of the day, well follow a specific meal plan.
