Are you at rock bottom right now? Do you wear the same thing every single week because thats the only clothes that you have that fit you at the moment....and some of those are maternity clothes that you wore when you were expecting......2 years ago? Do you desperately want and need a change in your life to become healthy and fit, yet you still stop at the fast food drive thru and order the burger, fries, and large coke? And then later make you and your husbands favorite dessert and end up eating half of it yourself? Have you joined the gym and then never went and if you did, you would got burnt out in 2 weeks? So then you decide to take a few days off which turned into a few weeks then ultimately you just completely stop going all together all to end up right back in the same boat you were before and even a little more overweight and slightly depressed about what you look like and how you feel? Do you find yourself looking and reading reviews on the latest diet pills and quick fixes because you need and want results fast? I just want to tell you right now that I know exactly where you are at and I want to send you happy thoughts. I was there. I was there for about 2.5 years and I can promise you that you can get yourself out of this hole that you are in. There are no quick fixes that wont make you put it right back on just as fast as you took it off unless you endure surgery...and even then its not magic. You have to work to maintain it. You want to know what it takes? Heres a few just off the top of my head. 1. Dedication 2. Consistency 3. Planning 4. Willingness to change bad habits 5. SWEAT 6. Support Of course there are other minor details, but those are the most important that I can think about. Please know that you can get yourself out just like you got yourself where you are now. Just remember, it always comes down to your decisions that you decide to make every day. Only you have the power to change your habits.
