Are you excited about the release of PiYo?? I am!! My sister Chalene Johnson, the creator of PiYo, jumped on my team call for a few minutes. The youtube link of the recording is in the comments ;) I RARELY ever ask my sister to do these things as shes busy and I know others want her time and I prefer all of her other time be spent with her hubby and my niece & nephew ;) . But Im in CA and was doing my team call right next to her, so I thought .. why wouldnt I ask her to jump on for just a bit, right?! I thought everyone could benefit from hearing - coaches AND non-coaches just interested in PIYO.
