Are you having a problem with your team not duplicating you? Are you finding that you are having a problem with people doing the work in your team? What you are going to find is that some people are going to run with it... you are going to find that some people are just going to plod along... you are going to find that some people are just going to use the products... and some are going to be keen but they are just unsure. You are going to find that every time that you enroll someone into your network marketing opportunity you are not going to get rock stars who are just going to take off. You are going to enroll people who are from all walks of life, they have different backgrounds so their thoughts, feelings and actions are going to be different to yours. Those people who are not duplicating you are not doing so for a few different reasons. One reason is that they are new and they are learning... so they are questioning whether they can do it. That was me when I first started... I could see the vision but I questioned whether I could do it, therefore I held myself back and just drifted along. However, I personally wanted to overcome it... so I took courses and went to events and kept working on me. The second reason why people arent duplicating is because they have so much going on in their lives right now... family commitments, work and so on that they just cant commit. They can see the vision but they just have so much going on that they cant dedicate the time right now. We have people in our team that have so much going on in their lives that they cant do much work purely for that reason. All you can do is keep them up to date with what is going on and stay in touch with them. Send them an email with information that will be of value to them... and share with them what you are currently doing. If people in your team are going to run with it... you run with them. If people in your team are going to walk... you walk. If people in your team are going to crawl... you crawl. It is not your responsibility to make people work. If they want it bad enough they will do it... after all it is their business and they have to make the commitment. You have to set the example, you keep working, you keep looking for those people who are going to run with it... I call them rock stars... you link arms and off you go. So do not worry if people are not duplicating you... as mentioned above there are a few reasons why they are not. But dont let that get you down or stop you... you keep working... you keep setting the example of the leader that you are... you will inspire some to get working, others will do it in their own time, as mentioned before depends what is going on in their head and their life.
