Are you having trouble contacting support or getting a support ticket resolved? Here are some things that may help you. If you need help with an issue or to contact support directly, you can do that at https://help.guildwars2/home. You do not have to have a working/active account or a serial code to use the “Submit A Request” function. The support team and the community team are different groups. The support team does not check the Facebook page and is unable to help with support issues via Facebook, and the community team (which does work and communicate via social media, including Facebook) does not have access to support tickets–we are unable to open, view, or resolve them. If you have already contacted support and are not hearing back or are having a delay in getting your ticket resolved, there are a couple of possible reasons. If you are not receiving mail from us at all–not even an auto-response, please check this thread and *carefully read the entire first post* https://forum-en.guildwars2/forum/support/account/Not-Getting-Our-Mails-Yahoo-Gmail-Hotmail-and-more/first If you have received an auto-response but are having a delay in getting your issue resolved, please be patient. The auto-response means that support has received your ticket and a person will be getting back to you as soon as they can. The email problems mentioned above are causing an extremely large number of additional problems and tickets, and support responses are delayed because of this. The good news is that our support people are all working longer hours and will continue working longer hours until it’s cleared up–they want to get each of you taken care of and are working hard to make it happen. ~RB2
