Are you in the Holiday LOVE mode right now? I am! Those love handles and jelly bellies creep up quick! If your nutrition isnt spot on, those lbs pack on, even with working out. BUT, Im taking a break from strict eating and sharing with you my love handles this season and this lower body workout that also targets the waistline. ➡️Do each move for 15 reps/ 3 cycles.
