Minimum Qualification: Ability to operate in spoken and written English at a business level (equivalent to CEF level C1) Ability to operate in spoken and written Arabic at a business level (equivalent to CEF level C1) Skills and Knowledge required: Responding to customer needs: Listens effectively and uses questioning skills to clarify customer needs. Delivers excellent service at all points of contact Understanding potential market/customers: Recognizes potential customers and actively promotes products and services to them. Knowledge sharing: Demonstrates commitment to sharing information and knowledge with colleagues throughout the organization.
