Are you kidding me? This is absurd. How does this affect someone who does not believe. Just dont say the prayer with them. I do not condone not praying... In fact I believe it is a necessary part of life to pray for yourself and others. But the world is more racist than I have ever known it to be. Everything is focused on white/black, gay/straight, christian/atheist. I believe in Christ and I would love for them to keep prayers in games. As a color guard in highschool.. We ALWAYS said a prayer before performances. 1. It was nice to be able to express the faith 2. It taught others even if it wasnt direct & 3. I felt like we were a better group and possibly performed better for it. I understand you may not feel the same and that is your constitutional right to be able to express your religion freely.. But why cant I? Why is it that when I look everywhere.. People are calling Christians hypocrites and school doesnt need prayers, but yet an atheist can freely express and sue a school BC they dont want their child to hear about my GOD. I bite my tongue on many issues going on right now.. BC I know I will get judge, but there is someone much more important that will judge me for not preaching about HIM.
