Are you looking for a GREAT way to get started leaning out? Let me help you with this little one day menu idea and few tips to hopefully help you get started and feel good with a bit of success...... Breakfast Oatmeal (1 cup cooked) 1 tablespoon peanut butter 2 raw eggs or: 4 scrambled eggs (2 yolks) Snack 10:30 am (1/2 meal) 3 oz grilled chicken 1/2 cup brown rice Lunch 12:30 pm 1 chicken breast 1 piece wheat bread 1/2 cup brown rice Snack 2:30 pm (1/2 meal) protein shake (I use Shakeology®) Snack 5:00pm (1/2 meal) 3oz tuna or white chunk chicken 7:00 pm Dinner 2 chicken breast 1 piece wheat bread 3oz brown pasta Depending on how early or late you go to bed you can choose to skip the 5 pm 2nd snack. *Drink 1 Gallon of Water Per Day *Exercise 30-60 minutes minimum a day to get super sweaty and challenge your body. I suggest a good form of cardio strength to burn fat and get your heart rate up. *Follow this 6 days a week and rest one day. Tag a friend to join you in this below.......
