Are you looking for your Supra code? Here are the ways to find them: For a CBS code: There are 4 ways to find your CBS (Call Before Showing) codes. 1. Call KimVoice at (888-968-4032), input your key and PIN number, then select option number 2. As long as you have the serial number of the keybox and the shackle code, KIM will give you the 7 digit CBS code over the phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 2. If you have registered your keybox on SupraWEB, you can view your keybox settings to see what your CBS code is. You log on to SupraWEB, click on “Listings, then click on “keyboxes,” and you will see the code displayed on the computer screen. 3. When you purchased your keybox, the Supra staff gave you paperwork with a white label on it; this label would have the CBS code printed on it. 4. eKEY users can view their CBS codes in the eKEY application. - Open the eKEY application, select the inventory icon - Select the box number you need the CBS code for - Select the edit button - Check “CBS required” box, and the CBS code will be displayed - Be sure to uncheck the “CBS required” box before exiting the application For local SUPRA, the # is 404-843-3672. For a Shackle Code: If you have assigned your KeyBox on SupraWEB, you can view the shackle for that KeyBox on SupraWEB. Simply login to SupraWEB, click on Listings in the top navigation bar, then choose KeyBoxes. You may then click on a KeyBox serial number to have the shackle code displayed in the KeyBox settings. #TechTuesday
