April 1, 1969...this was no Fools Day for me. Had a little friend in the neighborhood spending the night; after dinner we went in my bedroom and I started to tell her about Jesus and how she, and all needed to invite Him into their Hearts. All of a sudden, I realized that I had not done so myself; I had the head knowledge, but had not truly accepted Him in my heart. So we both got down on our knees and asked Christ to live in our hearts! No words to describe. Found out later, my parents were listening the whole time outside my bedroom : ) This date is the most important in my life; from that date on...life changed for me and I cant imagine my life without my Christ and God! Thank you God for sending your son to save a wretch like me who died for ALL!!
