The question of the day. What is your favorite handgun and why? Ill start. 1911A1. Ive owned and carried many different, at last count it was 12, handguns. From double action revolvers to double stack 9s and .40s. Single stack pocket pistols and the latest polymers, including the infamous Glock G19. Every time I dont have a 1911 I only think about getting another. They just seem to fit me the best. It was my first pistol and has always been the one I shoot the best. Now after 12 pistols, six of them 1911, my personal pistols, except for the .380 pocket pistol are 1911s.
