Are you mindful of how incredibly powerful our thoughts are? I know some of you know that it is the thoughts we allow ourselves to think, the subjects that we allow our mind to dwell upon, which make us and our surroundings what they are? The present condition of every phase of our life in fact is entirely conditioned by the thoughts and feelings which we have entertained in the past, by the habitual tone of our past thinking. In other words, you choose your life. You choose all the conditions. Thought is the real causative force in life, there is no other. You cannot have one kind of mind and another kind of environment. As the Bible stated, we are transformed by the renewing of our minds (Romans 12:21KJV) so the condition of your life tomorrow, next week, next year, will be entirely conditioned by the thoughts and feelings which you choose to entertain from now onwards. Every thought therefore is a cause and every condition an effect; for this reason it is absolutely essential that you control your thoughts so as to bring forth ONLY desirable conditions This then is the real key to life; if you change your mind your conditions must change as well. Its a habit you need to cultivate. You will also need discipline, consistency, and determination. All power is from within, and is absolutely under your control; it comes through exact knowledge and by the voluntary exercises of exact principles. GODs desire for all of our hearts and minds is to choice to meditate on what is true, honorable, right, pure, lovely, and admirable. (Philippians 4:8) GOD also wants you to choose him when you wake up each day and to put him in the forefront of your mind. Without GODs perspective there may be much that you are missing. Allow him to open your eyes so your thoughts are controlled by faith, not by sight. Only our LORDs supernatural peace can free us from the worries and negativity of this world. His perfect peace is ours by the power of the Holy Spirit. So my friend, guard your thoughts, because they will become your actions, and your actions will become your destiny.
