Are you struggling with a Secret Sin ? Sometimes we can be dealing with the guilt that comes from a Secret Sin. We may find it difficult to share this problem with our friends, for fear of #condemnation and misunderstanding. So we battle this habit or mistake inwardly, but this just tends to increase our frustrations with not being able to overcome this Sin on our own. We hear a message on Sin, and this causes us to feel even more #guilty and #miserable because despite many attempts we cannot beat it. It seems like the more we #focus on trying to repent over our #weakness the stronger the hold it has over us. What makes it worse is that nobody #understands what you are going through, and the #guilt is now becoming unbearable leading you into the depths of #depression . But there is an answer to be found in Jesus Christ . We need to stop looking inwardly at our #Sins and weaknesses, and start looking at what Jesus Christ has given us by His Grace. As long as you see yourself as bound by Sin, you will continue to stay so. Instead now see yourself as a NEW CREATION in Christ Jesus , in RIGHT STANDING WITH GOD BY GRACE , no matter how badly you feel. To break the power of Sin confirm WHO YOU ARE IN CHRIST JESUS . You are the Righteousness of God , filled with the power of the Holy Spirit. By declaring this in the face of temptation you will rise above it.
