GIL SCHMIDT – Age 60-ish - The landlord, overly eager to rid himself of his aged tenants. Real hard New York accent. Bit of a wheeler/dealer would love to evict his elderly low rent tenets. VOICE – The man at the front desk. Slightly bored and always sarcastic. The man at the front desk. Hard New York Accent, Very sarcastic and sounds quite bored with life in general. He does not appear on stage. Can double as one of the UPS men. UPS MAN – Clean cut, courier delivery man. Cute and little lonely. Has had a sheltered upbringing. Lean and fit. OTHER UPS MAN – The strong and silent type. Clean cut, courier delivery man. Lean and fit. For doubling purposes, this could be the same actor that plays Heather, Clair or Mr. Schmidt, as long as the audience doesnt recognize them as such.
