Area Sales Manager – Pekanbaru Job Description In coordination with distributor branch manager, to lead field team effectively to ensure implementation of all marketing and sales program in their respective area. Keeps the sales team focus on bringing added value services to customers as a source of competitive advantage and a desire to win in the marketplace. Under the direction of RBM, negotiates with key customers to ensure formulary access and profitability Analyzes field area sales performance data and identifies areas for improvement through superior implementation of company’s Sales Force Effectiveness programs, understands and effectively implement programs to monitor, measure and track sales projects To lead and motivate area team personnel and to provide continuous coaching and feedback against objectives and job standards Builds and maintains strong relationship with marketing and ethical staff in respective area to enhance business performance Monitors and maintains budget for the assigned field area.
