Argh, how amazing is my client, Mel!! Today we worked on Glute Isolation and targeting her diary air! Mels goal is to compete with me in the WBFF AUS in May... We have high fived about this and I will make it happen! I always really enjoy our sessions because I will push her to her limits, no whinging and takes the bull by the horns with everything I throw at her... Part of todays workout was: Glute Bridge on bench x15 @ 40kgs Kick backs (video) x 15 3 sets These are great for targeting your buns. You want to slightly hold at the top and squeeze your Glutes, like they owe you money then slowly release then, repeat!! Whats your favourite Glute exercise? ❤️ Coach Amie xx
