Arnold Schwarzenegger was recently asked about the upcoming Terminator film Terminator: Genesis and said the following; Terminator is going to to have the exact same feel. The way it reads, it has the same feel of Terminator 2. Its big. Theres hardcore action and it has some really great visual effects in there, but not over the top. Its not a Thor type of movie, even though its the same director. It has good special effects, but thats just enough to say, Wow, where did that come from? How did they do that? As much as this news pleases me because Terminator 2 is definitely the best in the series and is one of the greatest action movies ever made, I cant help but feel hes slightly over selling the movie. Terminator 2 was a classic 90s movie, and you just cant replicate the feel of that cinematic decade, movies were very different. But his comments about it feeling the same do reassure me about this movie. Im so glad hes back for the 5th movie, because Arnie is The Terminator, that will always be his most iconic role. Im also glad Alan Taylor is directing even though I really would like James Cameron to come back and direct! Overall Im happy with Arnies comments, what about you?
