Around the World Fondus w/ 2lb Weights! Lengthen, Strengthen, and Tone! While pulsing to the front lengthen through the inside of the leg and all the way through your big toe. Reach for the wall, window, mirror in front of you. Arms are doing a small pulse held out to the side with palms flipping from facing up and down. Carry leg to the side and draw the knee up towards the chest. Bring elbow back and stretch arm forward. Carry leg to the back and allow the knee to be facing the side (slightly turned out or rotated) lengthen through the leg reaching for the back wall. Carry arm to the front and flip palm up and down. Do this for 10 sets. Or you can hold for 8cts each for 3-5 sets. Good luck. Remember to lengthen out of your waist and legs. Engage your core. And keep your arms level!
