Arrive at ticket machine to collect pre-paid tickets, as paid for by someone else. Put in ref no. Machine says that it cannot print one or more journeys, go to ticket office. So I go to ticket office. Ticket person says just go to the barrier and tell them, the machines arent working today. I go to the barrier, the guy says that I have to go to the information desk. I go to the information desk. The woman says that I need to have a print out. I say I havent got a printout because I was just given the ref number by the person who bought the ticket. She takes me to the barrier. They let me through.
