Arrived home in Labuan Malaysia safely from Ironman Taiwan Iron-Woman Maria Arraras is here :) Never Ride more than 50K in the bike...never swim more than 1.5K in the pool....never run more than 7k in sport complex Labuan. Completed the 1.9K swim..the 90K bike ride (with a heavy rental bike from Giant Taiwan shop)...run the 21K....miss the cutt-off for 30min....with only half woman marathon done last march in hazy day in Shah Alam KL....During the Taiwan race she never shortcut the buoys (As I seen many did) and never shortcut the 16K mark to turn to finish line before the cut-off time.... Now she know what she is made of... Llegamos bien a Casa en Labuan desde Taiwan. Todo bien. Planning for next race :)
