Arrived in Barcelona at 6pm and toddled out of hotel for a quick look around and dinner! Got back to hotel room at 2am! WHAT A PLACE! Our hotel do Placa Reial is amazing. Apparently it is a boutique gastronomique hotel. It looks onto a square that oozes the essence of being Latin. The back of it sits on La Rambla which is the most insane place dripping in people, eateries, shops, people, theatres, people, markets, people and more people. Glen and I feasted on fresh scampi tapas, seafood and seafood paella washed down with sangria just soaking up the nightlife around us. Today off to explore some of those recommendations.
