Arrived in KOTA at 1930 h, on way from DES (Punjab) DSOI. Journey by road upto BOONDI was very good. Last 45 km took 100 minutes, putting MP roads into POLE position!!! It is contrast to what I had travelled on during 2004-07!!! Had very nice short stay (from last Friday till today morning 0530 H when we left Chandigarh for Mhow via KOTA by road). 750 kms for the day in new car of my son. VERNA VTVT 1.6 SX(O). Got average of 15+ kms. Looking forward to better road network on Kota-Jhalawar-Ujjain-Mhow tomorrow; plus NO RAINS!! It is raining heavily in Kota now
