Arrived in Laz Paz, Bolivia. Large city. Only saw only stop light but traffic seems to crawl along fine. By the way, all the Bolivian women over the age of 30 wear the traditional dress (bowler hat, multi-layered skirts, shawls, and heavy stockings under their skirts). Their dress is not for the the tourists. And the typical site of men carrying unbelievable bundles on their backs. Went to the ¨Witches Market¨and saw the llama fetuses That I believe has become a tourist thingy because I did not see llama fetuses elsewhere. The fetus is buried at the foundation of a new home for good luck. Tomorrow we take a plane (40 minutes) and then a 3 hour boat ride to a Amazon tributary eco jungle lodge for a few days. And the altitude does a number on your stamia!
